We have 3 Big Warehouse comprising of 20000sq feet of Warehouse Area.
All the office of stacking & emptying materials like crane & hoist are inbuilt. We have gifted specialists round the clock for stacking & emptying of material.

CUTTING FACILITY

Also Our company M/s. Vandan Steel & Engg. co. is specialized in providing its diverse customer base with a wide range of WATERJET CUTTING PART of sheet and Metal fabrication services that are delivered with excellence, and has made us the one-stop job shop of choice in India.

Our goal is to build long-term relationship with our customers, and work hard to ensure exceptional service at each phase of a precision CNC machining project to manufacture quality machined wear parts.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Work area: We have 2 Units of a factory area of 2500 Sq. Ft. with full RCC construction. The working area is fully covered with 5 Ton Crane.

CNC VMC with Rotary 4th Axis – widely used manufacture parts for aerospace, Marine, Textile, Oil Fields and other specification – cutting area – 1500 x 700 / Rotary Table – Ф 500mm.

CNC Waterjet and Laser Cutting – Probably one of the best cutting technologies available today with capacity to cut it can cut any material like, Abrex 400/500, Strenx 700, Alloy Plate, Boiler Plate, SS, MS, Titanium, Inconel, Brass, Copper, Tungsten Aluminum and many other hardest material like PDC and Carbide.

We have expansive warehousing office where we stock 1000 tons of ARS plates with us.
We can give prepared stock Delivery or Maximum 4 to 6 weeks from the following factories stockyard or immediate from plant.
